couldn't recommend more this place and would go back in flash. overall had fine stay for touristic visit. the rooms were fine with very comfortable bed, the staff was good and supporting.
The staff were bad, didn't expect that coming.

Safe and great value for money. Spacious and clean room with self-catering facilities. Good power shower and bath. Close to public transportation and Bercy Bus Station. Nearby supermarket for groceries.

Difficult check-in process with inconvenient opening hours. Friends had trouble accessing the apartment due to incorrect door code.

The location of this hotel is ideal for those looking to explore Paris without breaking the bank. Right next to a Japanese restaurant, it offers a variety of dining options, and is close to all shops you would find in a busy suburb. it is conveniently located near a train station and has a bus stop and a supermarket nearby.
One downside is that the hotel does not offer room service or daily cleaning, but this is to be expected as it is more like an apartment building.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Ivry-sur-Seine, had much fun and met friendly and incredibly nice staff who was the manager. The position of the hotel was good, to the last stop Marie d' Ivry. Besides, we were next to Paris, metro, bakery, supermarket and takeaway vendors and the suburbs: D
